They also provide exceptional support services to those who are homeless and refugees and asylum seekers. They are currently seeking an Operations Manager to be based in Rockhampton.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to support the service delivery and growth of multiple programs with a strong focus on Out of Home Care and Residential Care.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, strategic and able to quickly grasp and respond to local needs. You will have experience at senior manager level across Out of Home Care and Residential care services. Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential in order to work with multiple stakeholders, promoting the services of this organisation.
Skills & Experience required
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
This role offers a competitive base salary + super, salary sacrifice. It is a Full Time Position, with a monthly RDO and a Tool of Trade Vehicle.
